I was interviewed by the COO who was over 15 minutes late without sending me a message to notify me that he was late. I was in the middle of rescheduling the interview when he finally deigned to grace me with his presence. Interview was odd in that they went very far to conceal that Animo is a vape pen company in all of the job postings, and their website at the time was extremely limited. I was told that I was overqualified for the position that I had applied for and would instead be considered for some other positions (patient coordinator, regulatory coordinator, technical writer, etc.) Overall, I was told to send a portfolio and follow-up afterwards because he was too busy to look at my portfolio otherwise.
