Short and sweet. I was asked about my interests and my availability. From there on, I was hired on the spot. However, a comanager was the one who did the interviewing and hiring (I originally thought that she was the store manager but I met her on Saturday, which was also my first day on the job). They were really lenient about me being in school as well as my school schedule and everything worked out for the best.

I took a test online, then was called the next day to schedule an interview. Was brought into the back room and had an average interview for an entry-level sales position. Easy interview, was not asked about current trends in fashion.
