After a wonderful conversation with the recruiter, I had an extremely unprofessional experience with one of the researchers during the technical interview. First I thought the interviewer was "being a difficult tester" to see how I would handle it, but that was not the case. I'm sorry to say, as a senior researcher in the field, I expected to at least be treated with respect even if I a terrible candidate.
