They send you an email to schedule a phone interview. You'll receive a call from them at the time you select. During the interview, they'll confirm your information at the beginning. Then, they ask you some questions based on your resume. They'll also ask about your expectation on salary.

Interview
Met recruiter at Career Fair. Sent email of Resume. Recruiter responded, setting up first interview through a Calandy. 1st Interview was the stereotypical "ask you questions about Java/CS Fundamentals" and what you're interested about working on during the Interview.
Passed and had opportunity to schedule a 2nd Interview, but never did because I was busy with other interview processes I was more interested in.
Two screening calls, talking to HR then the team, with questions related to both technical and non-technical knowledge for the role, mainly relating to devops and related processes. However, technical knowledge was not the biggest focus.
