Was not told it was an interview. Was bombarded with technical questions. Was restricted from attending more interview for a certain duration. I find this absurd. The candidate should be told first about the intention.
The overall process went well. Very organized and friendly people. First round HR phone call, 2nd round is the team leader, senior engineer, etc al. Gave enough time to ask questions as well.
