15 minute in person interview in the front office. It was with the owners, Mike and Heather. Mike and Heather are married and also own the Anytime Fitness in Crawfordville.
Was a very casual, formal and comfortable. More just getting to know you and your qualifications and how you can be best suited for the role, previous experiences and situations that include encounter on daily basis.
1 to 3 interviews depending on the position. Usually a phone interview first, and then a potential second followed by a third in-person interview. Sometimes just a phone interview followed by an in person interview
