Anywhere Real Estate interview questions

The interview process was lengthy, exhausting, and felt overly judgmental. During the process, I was asked highly personal questions, including whether I owned a home, which I found inappropriate and unrelated to the role. I also received rude comments during my presentation, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. The leadership team demonstrated a lack of empathy and respect throughout the process. Given the level of micromanagement described and observed, the compensation offered was not commensurate with the expectations of the role. Based on my experience, I would not recommend pursuing employment with this organization.
