Interview
1st round - Meeting with VP
2nd round - Meeting with Director
3rd round - three separate meetings with assistant and executives VPs in the practice
It was obvious that they had confidence in my technical ability and the process definitely revolved more around culture fit.
It was a bit strange. The interview was in the breakout area next to people playing ping pong. Apparently, it was not a proper interview but more a casual meet-up and then after I would still need to do 2x interviews and maybe assessment.
They asked me a couple average questions about scenarios, also what I would do in certain situations. There were 2 interviews one in a group setting and one in an individual setting.
Rounds were okay questions were asked mostly on power bi and data bricks overall interview was good and bit tricky questions were been asked .
