Sat in lobby at table answering basic question that I was unsure how to answer the questions and then asked me if I could start the job tomorrow and I told them that they would not be a good fit for me

Interview
Usual type of interview process, i.e. casual as was head hunted and came pre- qualified for the role already. Role was less than was currently doing. Challenge was working within an operational team rather than the traditional service team, although I saw this as a bonus.
