Extremely unfair journey. The hiring manager asked me to do a 15hrs lab, then preparing a presentation just to get to the interview. The interviewers expecting a Salesman, although position description is not sales, it is pre-sales. There was a misalignment between the hiring manager and people who ran the second round of interview.
