I was recommended for this position by a former colleague. The interview process was quite smooth as a result. I interviewed with two potential managers, one manager from another group, and one potential co-worker (the one who recommended me for the position). All were one-on-one, everyone was on time, no glitches. Worst part was paying $25 for two hours worth of parking!
