Process: 30 minute phone screen, two hour onsite interview, meeting with the team. Very conversational. They care more about asking questions that help them determine how well you will integrate with their company culture and team than they do about asking behavioral questions.

Didn't get passed the phone interview. When I found out what the pay was (SIGNIFICANTLY below industry and regional average), I ended it right there. Otherwise, typical phone interview with typical phone interview questions.
