Started with a phone screen, then did 45 min with hiring manager, then 4 hr final round split into two days. Process only took 2 weeks from phone screen to offer! My recruiter, Melissa, was amazing and extremely fast to organize/respond. She also prepped me for the final round interview which was great. Everyone was very nice and I had such a good recruiting experience here. People genuinely seem to enjoy working here. All the questions were very focused on decisions you’ve made related to products you’ve worked on/general behavioral.
