Submitted via referral and received a phone call from HR within one week. The entire interview process is expected to be completed within three weeks, as mentioned by HR. The first round of the interview is a live coding session.

The interviewers were nice people, but I must point out how unprofessional the interview felt. I felt the interviewers had never held an interview before and I was much more knowledgeable of what an interview ought to be like. The interviewers seemed to have no plans for what they should ask or why. In the end I felt I was simply judged based on how precisely I completed their given exercise and nothing else. No feedback given on refusal email.
