I applied online. I interviewed at Apple in Nov 2021
Interview
Surprisingly really easy. I applied to a posting online. A recruiter reached out and we never actually got on a call. He had me fill out a questionnaire with basic stuff like salary expectations and do you need sponsorship etc. after that I got a tech screen scheduled. Basic leet code style with questions at the end. But the question was super easy easy. Given 2 sorted arrays return a sorted array with all elements. For this I initialized and array of size a + b and did a pointer at the start of a and b and added the smaller element until one of the pointers passed the arrays length. Then filled in remaining elements. Then I was notified I passed and moved to another tech screen. Same style but they asked me to do the Max profit stock problem. Super easy. I was prepared for hard tree and graph problems lol. Engineers were really friendly. Great experience so far. Moving to final loop next week.

Around 2 months after I submitted my resume for Apple software engineer position, I got a call from the hiring manager. He asked me what was the good day for the interview. It took half day for meeting 5 people. It was long hour interview for me. Each interviewer spent ~ 30 minutes and asked ~ 4 questions. Each interviewer asked questions in the different areas.
The interview was easy, we talked about technical stuff in-depth: os, drivers. If they think you know something, they would ask you till they find where your knowledge ends. So be ready
