I had Three interviews, I felt like they were looking for people who were individuals, just be yourself and if you have product knowledge that goes a long way(but they will train).
interview process started with an online application, followed by a phone screening. You then went through in-depth interviews, potentially a skills assessment, and concluded with a panel interview before receiving a job offer

Process was fairly disorganized. I was scheduled for an interview, but when I showed up the store wasn't expecting me and I had to wait around for someone to interview me.
