I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Miami, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Three different interviews. If you pass the first one then you go to the second on. The third one is with the store leader. They want to get to know you as a person. If you do not have any of the required skills it is fine because you go through WEEKS of training!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Apple (Chadstone)
Interview
Long interview process and very throurough. Make sure you try to STAND OUT from the crowd. Crack a joke and get involved, they love that! Smile and join in as much as you can.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (New York, NY)
Interview
Group interview followed by smaller group interviews followed by individual interviews. It's a long process, but as long as you're honest and enthusiastic you should be good to go. The first round of interviews gauges your interest in Apple, It's more generalized and not as technical. Once you move past that, you get to meet with various leadership across the store who give you as much info as they ask of you. Being personable in the beginning is the key, you can save your technical expertise for the later rounds of interviews
