I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Garden City Park, NY) in Dec 2010
Interview
Finding info about an Apple interview maybe tough - but here's some legit info. Couple days old.
1 - Email invite for a Group Seminar at Hilton - 25-30 people in attendance. Easy group activities, no role play.
2 - Exactly one day later call for Interview with Managers - three managers from the group seminar interview you - easy.
3 - Later that same day call for Interview with Store Manger - with 2 others same as before.
4 - Later that same day call for Interview with Market Leader - with 5 others and basically same interview.
5- Exactly two days call with job offer, pay and job training info.
Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

Question 1
Racontez une situation difficile et comment vous y avez fait face.
It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.
Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
