I contacted teh company by letter (mail) requesting an interview. I received a response by phone within 2 weeks. I scehdueld an interview with the area manger. On the day of the interview, I completed a personality test and waited for it to be evaluated. Evidently I passed because the adminstrative assistant informed that the interview could proceed. I completed the in-person interview which took about 45 minutes.
