Question 1
Expectations, good / bad experience working on projects.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Applifting (Prague) in Jun 2024
Interview
It consists of a 30 mins screen call and one technical round. Very nice and kind, HR very capable. Technical round with TechLead, HR and manager about hour and half.
The interview was well-conducted, showcasing a deep dive into candidates' skills and fit. However, the pre-interview homework was disappointing, deemed overly time-consuming and poorly instructed, casting a shadow over the otherwise positive experience. To improve, streamlining and better communication of the assignment are essential for respecting candidates' time and maintaining interest in the opportunity.
