I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Apposite Solutions (Hyderābād) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was of 15 min and I had a feeling they were interviewing for a sales manager who can boost their sales rather than a content and instructional designer.
The questions were poorly structured and at the end the interviewer commented that I deliberately kee interviews for 15 mins so that I can get a hang if the pitch you are making in 5 minutes! That's strange! I thought the interview was about instructional designing and development!
These small time training organisations don't know how to segregate sales from training!
