I got direct mail from the company regarding opening for Tester (Manual) in their company. The interview was more of like an walk-in type as there were lot of candidates. The interview process stated it would consist of 3 rounds. I attended my first round which was completely aptitude and i could not clear it:( Anyways over all ,experience was good . Since from then,i started preparing more for the interviews which has helped me a lot.
