The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aramark (Clemson, SC) in Feb 2011
Interview
I met my manager as a student on campus. We got to talking one day, she asked me what my major was, and I told her that it was Graphic Communications here at Clemson University. It just so happened that she was looking for a graphic design intern. I went to HR, filled out my application, and next was the interview process. I was interviewed by my current manager and the nutritionist on campus, considering they work very closely together. The interview process took about an hour total, and we interview over coffee at the Einstein Bros. Bagels on campus. It consisted of a series of question about my design work, how I got my ideas and what kind of skill set I have. I also showed them a small hard copy version of my current portfolio. That same day they offered me the position at $8.00 an hour, which I was happy with especially because it is above minimum wage.
