I have been working at Aramark part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The schedulingbwas pretty flexible, and the ability to do more hours than scheduled, as desired, was good. Not too difficult in terms of labor.

    Cons

People are constantly calling out and not showing up. Communication is not the best between workers and management. The official title of student worker severely limits your ability to get raises and promotions of any sort. I knew someone who, after three years of dedicated work, was still making under $9 an hour.

    Advice to Management

Try to better recognize hard workers with a lot of dedication.

Getting staff, no set schedule, working every holiday, breathing in a lot of chemicals. The area is very hot and humid.

    Advice to Management

    I love food service
