I was referred and hired by a manager who I met while dining at the Aramark facility. He recommended me for the job and I got it. There was no real 'interview' experience, I received my job based on networking. However, to get the employee referral, I did have an informal conversation with the manager where he asked me about my cooking experience, particularly how I cook eggs.
