I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2018
Interview
After a few weeks of applying I received an e-mail from their HR person asking me for a phone interview regarding a position for which I did not apply. I asked for clarification and she mentioned that she thought I could do this directorial job instead. I spoke with her on the phone a few days later, it was a positive conversation and she said she would forward my info for consideration.
A little over a week later I received an email from the head of the location of the job asking me for a face-to-face. I went in, and met with him and the assistant to his position. The interview was very informal and was mostly them complaining about the people who worked for them, calling them lazy and making it very clear they had little to no consideration for the staff; this came across in a rather bigoted way. They didn't talk much about my experiences or qualifications and seemed more interested in trying to scare me off of the position by complaining about how hard things could be. They were very unprofessional .
After that I was told I would get a call from their finance person at the corporate office even though I was told multiple times that finance had very little to do with the position. A week and a half later (I had been told it would be a couple of days) I received a call and she sounded like she was reading off of a list of questions to ask during an interview. Her style was horrible, she asked mostly questions that had zilch to do with finance and never at any point sounded like she was listening. At the end she said she would send her notes to the location staff, claiming they did the hiring even though they had said she was ultimately responsible. Then I heard absolutely nothing at all. No one bothered to tell me I had not gotten the job. I even e-mailed the first person asking for any advice or to be considered for any other position, since the one I didn't get wasn't even the one I was trying t get, and again nothing. For such a big company they were startlingly unprofessional and there were definitely too many cooks in the kitchen. Also, no one seemed to know anything or even care.

Question 1
Do you still want to do this job after everything we've told you?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aramark (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2014
Interview
Aramark first conducted a phone interview. Followed by a one on one interview. A month later I moved on to a interview weekend where Aramark interviewed numerous amounts of candidates. I went through 2 separate interviews that each had 2 people asking me questions. Interview questions consisted of mainly behavioral questions as well as past work experience.
