Interview
Applying online leads to an interview if your CV meets all the requirements. Then during interview the manager will ask about you previous employment, any experience and qualifications you have gained along the way. They will also ask what are your plans for the future and where you see yourself in 5 years time as well as what you hope to bring to the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aramark in Jan 2010
Interview
It was pretty straight forward, I wasn't even sure if you would call it an interview. It seemed as though two people were talking rather than one was being interviewed.
