Phone screen asking basic behavioral questions. Then phone screen with a few easy technical questions. If you make it on site, they are mainly asking to see if you are a good fit and more easy technical questions.

Interview
On-site interview was an all-day process. The first half of the day you meet with many people for standard behavioral questions. Then there is a technical interview where they go over your skills and ask you 2 questions, pretty easy. Then they take you lunch (plus they pay which is nice) and after lunch you get a tour of Ft Smith. It's intimidating at first, but everyone there is very friendly.

Apply online first and meet the recruiter in university career fair. The first two interview was a phone interview. First one is the behavior question and the second one is technical questions which ask by the team.
