“I was contacted by a recruiter regarding a Contract Surety role. They reached out to me directly, expressed interest in my background, and scheduled a call to discuss the position. At the scheduled time, the recruiter did not join the call and did not provide advance notice. They later apologized and asked for alternative dates, which I provided promptly. After that, I did not receive any follow‑up or further communication. The experience felt disorganized and left the process unresolved.”
