AristaCare Health Services interview questions

The interview process was very disorganized from the start. My interview wasn’t scheduled for an exact time—only a vague 30-minute range—which already made things confusing. When the interview finally took place, it was interrupted several times, making it hard to have a focused conversation. I wasn’t informed until the second interview that union experience was a requirement, which should have been made clear in the job description or initial screening. After going through multiple steps and follow-ups, I was ghosted by the company with no response or closure. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Clearer communication, respect for candidates’ time, and transparency about job requirements would greatly improve their hiring process.

The interview was simple and straightforward, no problems there. I was given a verbal offer pretty immediately afterward...but then I was essentially ghosted. I reached out numerous times over the following weeks asking when I'd receive paperwork with sporadic responses and no paperwork received. Very odd and disappointing.
