    Quality Assurance Specialist Interview

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arkansas Federal Credit Union (Jacksonville, AR) in June 2015.

    Interview

Process took a little over 3 weeks. Hard to get a phone call back to figure out what "stage" your application was at. Unorganized and full of people who thought very highly of themselves. Process was long and drawn out. Felt like you were applying to become the President and CEO of the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Group interview, even though this would have worked better with an individual interview. Basic questions with a few job-related ones. Afterwards had to take an online assessment test which was a joke itself then was told there would be a "project" to complete afterwards and whoever did the best would essentially be chosen. I really don't know who these people think they are but the whole interview and hiring process was ridiculously extreme. Low pay offered and not worth it!   1 Answer

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Arkansas Federal Credit Union (Bryant, AR) in April 2015.

    Interview

Group Interview with members of SC Leadership, HR, and other applicants. It went for about an hour due to there being 4 applicants and everyone responding to questions. They asked numerous questions ranging from previous experience questions to random questions like the one I included. By far it was the best interview experience I ever had. I left the interview feeling like I had the job, and a couple days later I received the offer!

    Interview

Group interview with two other job candidates and a panel of local manager, HR team, and training rep. It was a relaxed style of interview and gave candidates the opportunity to ask questions and/or learn more about the position and company. Overall a good experience, though would have preferred an individual interview.
