Recruiter contacted me and scheduled phone interview for 15 min. When he called me he explained that this is actually not technical but management role. It turned out later that he mixed up things. This role was actually technical. I answered simple questions about my experience. Of course I did not get any feedback. Neither positive nor negative. Then after !8 months (not days or weeks, 8 months) I got notification to my email that I am invited to the second round of interview (by that time I could not even remember what was the description of the role). I agreed and joined Zoom meeting. No one joined meeting. I waited for 45 minutes and then left. Then I got notification with apologize and asked to join second time. I joined second time and had an interview with high level executive and tech lead. He apologized that process took so much time (8 months between 1st and second interview.) During interview he was explaining me for 30 minutes how is it great to work in ARM and did not ask any question. Finally he asked me about my experience. I made a short answer, since I did not want to waste even more time. He did not ask any specific question, but continued to tell me about the role and work in arm. By the way at that time I learned that during first interview recruiter mixed up thing and after all this was a technical role, not management. This is it. Interview was finished. Of course I did not get any notification either positive or negative. Just after several weeks I decided to check ARM website and saw rejection.
