      Engineering Analyst Interview

      Feb 1, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Cambridge, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, England) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Interview was a typical 3 stages. First stage was a telephone one with the hiring manager. Basic questions about background and position compatibility. Second stage was a presentation in front of an interview panel. This lasted for half a day with breakout interviews with the members of the panel. Third stage was a telephone interview with the director with basic position fitting questions. All in all I was impressed with the process and the experience was very relaxed.
