I applied for the position online and after one month, I received an email stating I was shortlisted for the position and a phone interview was arranged. I was interviewed by a Senior Principle Engineer and it was a great experience, even though I did not proceed any further in the process. The interviewer called promptly, and the first thing he did was lay out how the 60 minutes interview will proceed (45 minutes of questions to me and then 15 minutes for questions from me). That the interview went exactly as planned showed the interviewers respect for each others time, and of his ability to execute exactly as he stated. I was impressed. The interview questions itself wasn't too difficult as it turned out to be a short phone screening.
