Applied online. Got selected for Telephonic Interview. They gave detailed explanation about the work profile and then began the Interviewing process. The interviewers were friendly and made feel comfortable.They asked General questions regarding VLSI design .
Memory design/ Memory architecture. SRAM design questions, Register File Design Questions

Interview
I applied online. Received an email over a month later about an online interview. The interview was a video interview, not with a person but rather just answering prepared questions. They had given me a question and then gave me 30s to prepare and 3m to answer to a webcam. It actually felt kind of uncomfortable and I did not feel like I did well. I head back 3 weeks later (over the holidays so I would assume it would've been faster otherwise) and I did end up getting the position in the end though so I feel like perhaps most people have this kind of experience.

Applied online through Linkedin. Phone screening from the hiring manager who was really polite. Mostly behavioral questions with some technical questions. I received an offer about a week later which I accepted. The interview process was easy.
