Very effective, only had two phone interviews since I was not close to Rockville. Recruiters were nice and gave more of a behavioral interview. Heard back fairly quickly in regards to movement forward, which I was given.

Straightforward phone interview. Asked about education, experience, etc. Recruiter never got back to me and did not respond to follow up messages, even though interview went smoothly. Disappointing experience, considering that they never got back to me.
