Formal process with personnel approach from both directors in charge in addition to representatives from Human Resources. Overall positive interaction with knowledge shared of position on offer, expectations and salary on offer
First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.

It was hard but was worth it. Need to go through 1 hour examination. Face to face interview with 4 seniors. Waited for 3-4 months to receive an offer. The interviewer asked a lot of technical questions and past project experience.
