The interview was quite long and I felt like they tried to trip you up rather than getting the best out of you. The way it was organised in 2 interviews with different people meant that you ended repeating yourself a lot and not really having time to explain or get into detail properly.

Interview
Online interview with two members of the team. Relatively informal. First a general meet and greet type conversation and then typical workplace questions - ie, a time where you were challenged, what's your biggest weakness etc. Then more technical planning questions.

Interview
The interview involves an assessment centre with various tasks and an interview with a senior staff. The tasks involve a group exercise, essay and a chat with current graduates.
