Interview
I was called up to book an in person interview. Met with team leader of the department I applied for at their local office. Very relaxing talk with very standard interview questions within their common area. Individual who interviewed me was a nice man who was clearly very passionate about what he does. I highly appreciate his straightforward approach to the interview.
Firstly submitted an online application with cover letter and resume. In-person interview with members from your prospective team. The interview is carried out in person in the local office. Offer call 1 week later

Interview
The interview process began with an online application on Arup's website that asks about relevant work experience, the department you are applying for and the submission of a CV. It is then followed by a psychometric test testing general and spatial reasoning. Finally, if successful, an interview is arranged with the hiring manager.
