The interview process lasts 6 months. Start by applying in early november. Hr will then ask for transcripts (around december). Interview was given in January, the process was smooth and the interviewer gave a lot of insight on the team that I was applying to.

Prepare for Arup’s pre-interview by researching their sustainable values and Ove Arup’s key speech. Expect a pre-recorded video interview featuring motivational and behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method to stand out.
Clear application process however it was very drawn out over a few months and it took a long time for me to hear back. I also never received feedback despite requesting it.
