I have applied through the recruiter for a full stack java developer position . They have scheduled a phone interview and later at on site. Interviewer was friendly and asked design related questions. Discussion went in a constructive way. It would have been helpful if the recruiting team would have communicated with the candidate on the outcome of the decision, even if it was a no, provided I had to wait for the interviewer for more than an hour.
