Anonymous Employee in Portage, MI
I interviewed at Ascension (Portage, MI)
It was very fast! I had an initial phone call about a week after applying. I was later called back and had one interview before I was hired. The entire process took less than 3 weeks.
- How many years of experience do you have in customer service?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Chicago, IL
I applied online. I interviewed at Ascension (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2023
Process took about a week, however, my schedule was wide open. Phone interview first with recruiter, then zoom interview with department head. Interview went well (according to department head). Heard back a few days later but was not offered position due to lack of experience.
- Phone interview first, then a 20-30 min interview on zoom. Very basic questions. Strengths/weaknesses, how would you deliver bad news to a patient, how would you take criticism from a manager, etc.
