Assisted interview questions

it took me the whole day!!!!!!!! without a lunchbreak!!!!! it started at 9AM, and they asked me to fill out lots of papers, but what took me so long are the exams they gave us. lol. then afterwards, the HR took a look at our resume and verified some info there, then after the paperworks and exams, another LVN staff went there and oriented us, showed us what to do, we had a demonstration on taking BP, trach care, G/T care. After the orientation, another staffing LVN came in and showed us a couple of immediate available cases to choose from. And that's it, they wanted us to start right away ASAP.

Applied in office and I had interview the same day. The "interview" consisted of about 5-6 nursing tests and a final interview with the Case Manager RN. Then you sign documents with HR which consisted of the greatest disappointment: pay rate is non-negotiable $16 per hour for new grads or less than one year experience. After this I returned for training at a pay rate of $10/hr, this is also the pay rate until you've reached working 36 hours with them.
