Applied online -> E-mailed by HR to arrange a phone interview -> Phone interview with the hiring actuary -> 4 hr on-site interview at the company.
The on-site interview was with the hiring actuary, other senior-level actuaries, and other people in the division.

Question 1
All of the questions I received were pretty standard behavioral questions: tell me about yourself; tell me about a time you failed; etc. The most unusual question that I received was whether I would tell my boss about a mistake I had made if i discovered it several months later.
