It's been a long time since I was interviewed, however I can speak to the process as a hiring manger. Candidates apply thru Taleo & HR reviews candidates & do phone interviews. Then a few candidates are sent to the Manager. The Manager selects the candidates to come in for interviews. Some positions require testing like Word, excel, powerpoint, or sales assessments. If you don't pass the test, you may not move forward in the process. Then candidates come in for interviews, usually for a one on one interview. There may be follow up interviews that are panel interviews. The process is usually long so don't expect an overnight answer.
