I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Assurant (Augusta, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Incredibly easy. Phone interview with recruiter, then two in-person. Asked nothing relevant. Was hoping for well-developed training at such a large such a large company, but received virtually none. Should have seen the red flags. It's a paycheck, but definitely not for everyone. Consider your options before jumping the gun.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Assurant (Rapid City, SD)
Interview
There were many job based questions. They asked about functional requirements and how to apply them. They asked about how you'd facilitate a brainstorming session. They asked about previous experience of successful and unsuccessful projects. They asked if you were a leader or follower. They did not ask to typical personality interview questions. Some of the interviewers were very rigid with little facial expressions but don't let that fool you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Assurant (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Was sent an online assessment to complete for excel skills, project management skills and behavioral. Took the assessments online, schedule around two hours to complete them. Follow up in three weeks occurred where HR called me, spoke about my expectations with the firm and what I wanted to accomplish in 5 years. Very typical interview and a laid back HR rep.
