Phone Interview > in person interview with facility manager and regional sales manager > working interview with office coordinator
During the working interview they have you come in and sit with an office coordinator for an hour to see how the day to day is. It is nice for you to see if this is something you would want to do, but just adds to length of interview process

Interview
They asked very average questions but everyone was very kind and took interest in what I had to say. They were quick to get back to me after the interview. Although I did not get the job it was a positive experience.

How are you with juggling multiple things at once?
The interview process was very simple and easy. First I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The interview was held in a back office and was casual. I felt comfortable and we had more of a conversation then an interview. It felt low stress.
