I cannot leave a review regarding the interview as it was cancelled on me twice last minute. One was cancelled a few hours before. I did not go ahead with the interview as a result.
The recruitment process is probably the poorest and the most disorganised I’ve ever gone through. Felt like my time wasn’t respected as a candidate. I’m sure Atkins is a good company to work for but they need to work on their recruitment process especially when someone is setting aside their time for the interview.
This company was my first choice, I now don’t see myself applying here or recommending this company as a result of this process.

Question 1
I did not go ahead with their interview due to last minute cancellations. They then explained that the position is closed on the day of the supposed interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (Hong Kong) in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied for the Assistant Engineer, under the Bridge team, Highways and Transport Infrastructure
Department.
I applied for the role online, and waited for about 3 weeks, then HR contacted me to arrange an interview. I received an offer 1 day after the interview.
The interview was carried out in Teams, with two Bridge Engineers. It lasted about 45 mins.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atkins (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2015
Interview
There is a written test and then verbal interview to check your understanding of the basics. The entire selection process was easy and you don't feel uncomfortable at any point. Chances of your selection increases if you go through employee referral process.
