The communication from the recruiting team is lacking as I did them emails which left unanswered assuming they are busy on their international borders. The nature of the hiring process focused more on your knowledge, thinking skills and scenario based questions while this direction is telling more about the calculated structure which could hint their culture of the company, I feel that there could be more connection to be had but also provide me an observation of how interviews like this provide insight behind the companies that you're looking to work in.
