I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Audacious Inquiry (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
There was a standard behavioral interview, and then a technical interview. 90% of the technical interview consisted of "off-the-top-of-the-head" questions about the Java language from a junior developer. The other 10% was conducted by a senior developer, about design patterns and one simple algorithm. Once I described verbally how to solve the algorithm, I was told that I did not have to code it. After the interview, I never heard back on a decision.
